Where do you get cheap car insurance in Northern Ireland?

Question: Hi Folks, I'm moving from Dumfries in Scotland shortly to Northern Ireland, my car insurance is going to double in price, just wondering where the best place to get insurance quotes, I tryed NI Compare and it was actually more expensive than Go Compare, many thanks

Has anyone any experiene with this company here i Ireland I have price compared and used the websites you suggested... It is this particuliar site and offer I am querying about. How much is car Insurance in Ireland for me?

Question: I want to buy a 1.6 1998 civic type-r (€11000), but am worried it will cost too much to insure. I can get insured on it as a named driver if needs be, but would prefer my own policy. I'm 22 with a full licence for 2 years and have 5 years named driver experience with nothing on my record. Where's the best place to get a quote? And if I do how much do you think it will be? (ballpark)

You could go online, but it's harder to figure out what you must have vs. what you don't.
