for USA: If i got hurt in a car accident, will my heath insurance cover the expenses? or the car insurance?

Question: I am an international student studying in NJ. It is mandotory for all students to have heath insurance so i got one. I recenty bought a car from NJ. I m looking for insurance prices now. I m confused about that issue! In my country (cyprus) car insurance companies only pay for your damages to cars or environment. Your health insurance cover the medical expenses. I think it is different in here USA...

Answer: In the US it depends on the wording of the insurance contract as to who pays first. You should contact both insurance companies and file claims. They will work it out between them as to who pays. If youi dont have auto insurance, your health insurance should pay for your injuries.

Driving Car in NJ with Indian License?

Question: I have valid Indian driving license issued in ANdhra Pradesh. All the content on License is in english so no need for translation and International driving permit. I am working here since 20 months. I went to DMV and passed my written exam and they denied to give direct NJ license. I really dont know what is the reason for that. I have taken 2 times road test and failed. In these 2 times, second time I am just victim. Eventhough I have done correctly, Inspector (She) failed me in Lodi. Now I need to rent a call for drive in weekends for some personal reasons. I have called Enterprise and they told me that they will hire based on my Indian license. Here are qestions 1. I appeared and failed in NJ road test, If any police catches me during driving, Is there any problem 2. In case of any accident will insurance companies will accept and core the damage ? 3. I am staying in USA since almost 20 months, Can I drive with Indian license. Kindly help me with your thoughts

Answer: get a permit, have someone to show you how to drive and what you need to know, to pass the drivers test. if you get caught driving without the proper drivers license you'll have to go to court. the more accidents you get in, the more expensive your insurance becomes and the courts might suspend your drivers license. the object is to drive correctly, don't get into accidents and not break the laws. if you break the laws, you could end up in jail. insurance companies will not insure an unlicensed driver. an indian drivers license is not valid in the usa. you need a different drivers license for each state you drive in. there is some courtesy of course.

Experiences regarding CURE auto insurance company?

Question: Hello ! I recently obtained a quote from CURE auto car insurance company ( www.cure.com ) and it seemed decent. Before I buy my insurance, I have one or two questions : Does any body have any kind of good or bad experiences with CURE ? Did they help regarding any kind of accidents/claims etc ? Did they try to rip you off ever ? Also, it seems like they mainly operate in NJ and PA, but do they have offices across the rest of the USA ? Please let me know ! Thanks a lot !

Answer: stay away from these "foofnick" companys/the are by and large ripoffs/they quote you low and then once you pay they adjust "up"/go local in your area/google it and get in your zip code
